Delivery & Returns


We currently only offer UK delivery and aim to dispatch the next working day.  


Due to the regulations governing the sale of alcohol, all our meads are delivered by the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service with age verification which follows the 'Challenge 25' principles.  


We will provide your email address/mobile number to Royal Mail so they can let you know when your parcel will be delivered.



If you order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us on within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return, replacement or refund.  

We know sometimes you can change your mind, so, in accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after it is delivered.  The product must be unopened and the tamper evident seal on the cap must be intact.  To initiate a return, please contact us on and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.


Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return.  If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
