Ours is a story over 30 years in the making...

A love of Mead combined with a passion for home brewing...

Taking inspiration from historical recipes...

Experimenting with flavours - figuring out what works and what really, really, really doesn't...

Testing and refining our brewing methods (thankfully our demi-johns no longer explode fruit pulp everywhere)...

Finally, we have a small selection of products ready for market and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

The Saxnōt

The Saxnōt (or Seaxnēat, Saxnot) is the patron saint of the Saxons and, as a couple of relatively old West Saxons, brewing Mead in the heart of the ancient kingdom of Wessex, we thought currying favour with a local saint was a very sensible move.
