FyrMel is our boldest expression of traditional mead, infused with the vibrant heat of Aji Limon chilli. Named from Old English and Latin roots meaning “fire honey,” this mead is not for the faint-hearted - it’s a fiery twist on a classic recipe.  FyrMel balances the natural sweetness of honey with a citrusy chilli kick that builds gently, leaving a warm, lingering finish.
 
Our FyrMel Mead is brewed to a medium finish and is typically around 12% ABV.
