Basa Bochet is a rich, caramelised take on our traditional mead, made using raw honey from Basingstoke Honey’s local apiaries. The honey is gently caramelised before fermentation, creating a deeper, toastier flavour profile. As with Basa Mead, each year’s batch reflects the unique floral sources available to the bees, making every release subtly different. Produced in small quantities, typically once per year, this is a rare and warming treat.
