This is our take on a bochet (a mead made with caramelised honey), made in collaboration with Basingstoke Honey, a small scale local producer of raw honey, managing 3 apiaries across the Basingstoke area.

 

Our taste testers say:  Initially tangy on the palate, this develops into a warm, velvety, buttery taste at the back of the throat.  Delicious, drinkable, devine.

    Our small batch fermentation process means we see small variations in ABV between batches.
