  • Our small batch fermentation process means we see small variations in ABV between batches.  Our Traditional Mead is typically fermented to around 12% ABV.

  • Honey, Spring Water, Brewing Sugar (Glucose/Dextrose), Yeast, Yeast Nutrient (Diammonium Phosphate, Magnesium Sulphate, Magnesium Carbonate, Albumin Nicotinamide, Aueurine Hydrochloride, Trace minerals, Trace Vitamins), Wine Stabiliser (Potassium Sorbate E202), Camden Tablets (Sodium Metabisulphite E223, Polethylene Glycol).
