Summer Fruit CYSER
Our small batch fermentation process means we see small variations in ABV between batches. Our Summer Fruit Cyser is typically fermented to between 11% and 12% ABV.
Honey, Brewing Sugar (Glucose/Dextrose), Summer Fruit Juice (water, apple juice from concentrate, raspberry juice from concentrate, strawberry juice from concentrate, acid: citric acid, flavourings, colour: anthocyanins, sweetener: sucralose), Yeast, Yeast Nutrient (Diammonium Phosphate, Magnesium Sulphate, Magnesium Carbonate, Albumin Nicotinamide, Aueurine Hydrochloride, Trace minerals, Trace Vitamins), Wine Stabiliser (Potassium Sorbate E202), Camden Tablets (Sodium Metabisulphite E223, Polethylene Glycol).
