Traditional Mead
Honey, Spring Water, Brewing Sugar (Glucose/Dextrose), Yeast, Yeast Nutrient (Diammonium Phosphate, Magnesium Sulphate, Magnesium Carbonate, Albumin Nicotinamide, Aueurine Hydrochloride, Trace minerals, Trace Vitamins), Wine Stabiliser (Potassium Sorbate E202), Camden Tablets (Sodium Metabisulphite E223, Polethylene Glycol).
Our small batch fermentation process means we see small variations in ABV between batches. Our Traditional Mead is typically brewed to 12% ABV.
